RATES :

SUITE 11, SUITE 15: from 115,00 € to 200,00 € per night.

Prices include breakfast, served in the renowned "Pasticceria Pinti" or, optionally, in the delightful "Caffé Astoria". Both overlook the historic Porta San Biagio at 100 meters from our B&B.

EQUIPMENTS:

All rooms have a private bathroom, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, heating, minibar, kettle, high quality linen and sponges, complete bathroom kit and Lavazza coffee available 24h.

CHECK-IN : from 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival.

LATE CHECK-IN : from 7.30 pm to 9:00 pm with a surcharge of € 20.00.

PLEASE NOTE : IT IS MANDATORY TO COMMUNICATE THE ARRIVAL TIME 24H BEFORE THE CHECK-IN.

CHECK-OUT: no later than 11:00.

CLEANING: daily cleaning is carried out from 11:00 to 13:00. If the rooms are not vacated within this time, the service will be postponed to the following day. Linen and towels are changed every third day of overnight stay.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS :

More than 14 days before arrival: no charge.

After this term: the  entire stay will be charged.
